Shipping & Returns

We ship worldwide from our Dongguan, China facility. Because brake hardware ranges from a 2 kg pad set to a 60 kg big brake kit, we match the freight method to the order — and quote exact transit time and cost before you pay.

How We Ship

Duties and import taxes are set by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility; we declare accurately and provide the paperwork your customs office needs. Every shipment is tracked, and we share the tracking reference as soon as it is live.

Returns

Unused, uninstalled items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery — contact us first for a return authorization. Buyer covers return freight unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong part. Vehicle-specific kits built with custom brackets are engineered to order and are returnable only for manufacturing defects — one more reason we confirm fitment with you before production, not after delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Shipments

Photograph the packaging and the item, keep everything, and email sales@vinicbrakes.com within 7 days of delivery. Freight damage and picking errors are on us — we replace or refund, your choice.
