Rotors & Brake Lines

High-Carbon Brake Rotors & Braided Brake Lines

Calipers get the glory, but rotors and lines decide how the pedal actually feels at the end of a long downhill. VINIC high-carbon rotors and QC/T970 braided lines are engineered to the same standard as our forged calipers — because a brake system is only as strong as its softest part.

High-Carbon Rotors, 285–420 mm

High-carbon iron damps vibration better than standard gray iron, which means less noise, less judder and better resistance to thermal cracking under repeated hard stops. Choose your face:

Slotted

Continuous slots sweep gases and glaze off the pad face and keep bite consistent in the wet. The street-and-track default.

Drilled & Slotted

Cross-drilling sheds heat fastest and looks the part behind open wheels — drilled and slotted for drivers who want both.

Diameters run from 285 mm up to 420 mm across the range, vehicle-matched so hat offset, bolt pattern and center bore are right the first time. Every rotor is machined, balanced and inspected before it ships.

Braided Brake Lines — QC/T970

Factory rubber hoses swell under pressure and age with heat; that expansion is pedal travel you paid for and never get back. VINIC braided lines wrap the hose in stainless braid to QC/T970 burst-pressure requirements, delivering a firmer, more immediate pedal and far better abrasion resistance. Application-specific fittings mean they bolt straight on — no adapters, no leaks, no guesswork.

Buy Them Alone — Or in the Box

Rotors and lines are available individually for stock-caliber refreshes, and both are already included in every VINIC big brake kit. Pair them with Street or Sport pads and fresh fluid for a complete corner-to-corner refresh.
