VINIC RACING is the performance brake brand of Shenzhen Meipingtang Technology Co., Ltd. We are not a trading company with a catalog — we are the factory. Every caliper, rotor and bracket that carries the VINIC name is engineered, forged, machined and tested in our own facility, because the only way to guarantee a safety part is to control every step that makes it. The Factory

Our production base sits at Building 1, No. 2 Hebeiling 2nd Road, Fenggang Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, China — in the heart of the Pearl River Delta manufacturing corridor. This is where billet becomes brakes:

1,000-ton hydraulic forging. Caliper bodies start as 7075-T6 aerospace aluminum billet, pressed under a thousand tons until the grain structure aligns for maximum strength at minimum weight.

4-axis CNC machining. Forgings are finished on 4-axis machining centers that hold the tight piston-bore and sealing tolerances a hydraulic brake system demands.

Testing, not trust. Air-tightness testing on every caliper, bench testing on braking performance, and tensile testing on structural components — documented in formal test reports.

Certifications & Documentation

We hold EU CE certification, registered design patents on our caliper designs, and third-party air-tightness, bench and tensile test reports. Certification documents are available to buyers on request — ask for them with your quote and we will send the file.
