Toyota Alphard Brake Upgrades

The Alphard carries seven people and their luggage in quiet comfort — and asks its factory brakes to stop all of that weight, every trip. VINIC’s SV61-003T and RT61-003T front kits give it forged, vehicle-engineered stopping power that matches the job.

Available Upgrades

Front: SV61-003T — 6-Piston Forged Kit (345mm)

Forged 7075-T6 6-piston calipers with 345mm high-carbon rotors, compound pads, QC/T970 braided lines and one-piece brackets engineered from 3D scans of the factory hub. Pistons are staggered 27/32/38mm for even pad pressure — the pedal firms up, and full-load stops stop feeling like a negotiation. Fits 18-inch wheels and up.

Front: RT61-003T — 6-Piston Forged Kit (380mm)

The same forged 6-piston platform wrapped around a 380mm rotor — the thermal mass upgrade for a van that lives at full load, on mountain roads, or does airport runs all day. Fits 19-inch wheels and up.

Replacement Pads & Rotors

Street and Sport compounds and high-carbon rotors for factory and VINIC calipers — browse pads. Both front kits are engineered to work with the factory rear brakes: the staggered piston sizing keeps front-rear balance where Toyota intended, so no rear hardware change is required.
