Trade Terms

These are the standard commercial terms for orders placed with VINIC RACING (Shenzhen Meipingtang Technology Co., Ltd.). Individual enthusiasts are welcome too — the same terms apply. For distributor cooperation, see Become a Dealer.

Payment

100% T/T in advance. Production is scheduled once payment is received. We issue a proforma invoice for every order so the payment trail is clean for your accounts. Bank charges on the sender’s side are borne by the buyer.

Lead Time

7 days for standard kits. Custom colors, logo branding or non-standard configurations may extend lead time — we confirm the exact schedule with your quote. Orders are produced in sequence; your quote always states the confirmed ship date.

Shipping

Brake pads, brake lines and small parts ship by DHL or UPS air express. Big brake kits are heavy and normally ship by sea freight to keep landed costs sensible; air freight can be quoted on request. Every shipment includes tracking and a packing list matched to your order. Transit times and full delivery terms are detailed on Shipping & Returns.

Minimum Order Quantity

MOQ is 1 set. Single sets for individual enthusiasts, volume pricing for workshops and distributors — tell us your quantity when you request a quote and we will price accordingly.

Sample terms are available for prospective distributors and workshops — contact us with your company details and the products you want to evaluate.

OEM & Customization

Custom caliper colors and logo branding are available on request. Share your color reference or artwork with your inquiry and we will confirm options, pricing and lead-time impact.

Returns

Return and warranty conditions are covered on our Shipping & Returns and Warranty pages. Fitment is confirmed before every order ships, so wrong-part returns are rare.
